What data we process and why

  • Account: name, email, phone (optional) and, if you are a company, its name and tax ID. To provide you with the service.
  • Tenant profile: employment situation, approximate income, people, pets and introduction. Only the advertiser you write to can see it.
  • Listings: the property details and photos, which are published. The exact address is not published.
  • Requests and messages between tenant and advertiser, so you can reach an agreement.
  • Contact form: what you write to us, so we can reply.

Alma, the AI assistant

What you write or say to Alma is sent to Google (Gemini) to generate the answer, as data processor. We don't keep the conversation or the audio: we only count how many questions are asked to control costs. Don't tell her personal data.

Legal basis and retention

The performance of the service you request and your consent. We keep the data while you keep your account and, afterwards, only for the time required by law.

Recipients

We don't sell or share your data. It is processed on our behalf by the hosting provider (servers in the European Union), the email provider and Google for Alma.

If you request a quote for the energy certificate, we send your name, contact details and message to the partner energy certifiers so they can reply to you. Only in that case and only for that purpose.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data by writing to us. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
